I am happy to say, I am now streaming Qobuz. I was able to apply the 3 month special voucher that Audirvana offers to their one year subscribers. There is no way you can do this yourself. No way Audirvana can do this. Then… I was not able to use the code directly on the Qobuz account web site. It said it was an invalid code. So… I went back into Audirvana, and from there I was able to use the code. This topic was automatically closed 90 days after the last reply.
New replies are no longer allowed. Furthermore, the web browser keeps coming up in French and there is no way I can reset this. Can you help? And, this glitch is happening on TWO different computers. It should be noted that Audirvana Studio works just fine on both of these computers so why would it work yet Audirvana 3.
Same two computers that it worked fine on for five months and that Audirvana Studio works on now, the same Audirvana servers, and my same Wifi network. The subscription is current yet the program stopped working on July 4.

They should either transfer the subscription to Audirvana Studio or refund the remaining balance to my credit card. I have brought this issue to their attention via their support email several times.
